Gripple Catenary Systems

Gripple Cable Strut Kits offer a fast, tool-free way to create overhead suspension points where direct-to-structure attachment points aren’t possible. Each kit includes two Gripple Dynamic Joiners and a length of pre-cut, pre-fused galvanized cable for quick installation straight out of the box. 

Ideal for open spaces or older buildings, the system supports services such as ductwork, lighting, signage, and acoustic panels. Paired with our C-Clip Hanger, suspension drops can be installed anywhere along the horizontal Cable Strut length, and easily repositioned in seconds.

Our Gripple Cable Strut Systems are ideal for spanning spaces where direct overhead structural attachment isn’t possible, offering faster installation than traditional methods. 

While catenary solutions can often feel complex or daunting, our in-house Technical Services team takes care of the full design and specification process, giving you complete confidence in your project.

We provide computer-modelled catenary tension analysis using SCIA Engineer software, calculating final catenary sag and, more importantly, anchor point loading.

We calculate the forces imposed on supporting steelwork or between walls to ensure compliance with structural engineer requirements. This computer-modelled analysis guarantees safe, efficient system design, helping reduce on-site labor and installation time while maintaining structural integrity by reducing the weight added to the roof structure when compared to traditional methods.
