Fast Trak is a game-changing alternative to traditional threaded rod and strut trapeze suspension systems. Designed for speed, safety, and simplicity, it allows you to create trapeze or cantilever brackets in a fraction of the time, no cutting, no-hot works, and no fuss.

The Fast Trak® Standard system is the core of the Gripple Fast Trak range. A dual track pre-fabricated trapeze suspension designed for supporting MEP services such as ductwork, pipework, cable containment and busbar.

Each kit includes pre-fabricated suspension tracks and our patented Smart-Bracket, which locks securely into place with a simple push-button mechanism. The bracket can be adjusted vertically in seconds, with no tools required, and supports working loads up to 200 kg.

Ideal for suspending ductwork, cable containment, pipework, and more, Fast Trak is available in a wide range of track lengths and bracket widths to suit your project. It’s fire tested to F120 (BS EN 1363-1:2020), approved by Lloyds and TUV and backed by our full technical support service from design to installation.

Every product in the range is backed by independently verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), giving transparent data on environmental impact and supporting your drive toward sustainable construction.

Step 1: Using the marking indentations on the ends of the Fast Trak cartridge, mark the fixing point location for the vertical drops.
Step 2: Use the screws provided to fix the tracks to the soffit, ensuring that the tracks are facing outwards.
Step 3: Press and hold both of the Fast Trak cartridges inwards simultaneously to retract the latches.
Step 4: Locate the tracks into the cartridge slots. Continue to press the cartridges inwards whilst the bracket is lifted to the correct height. When the bracket is at the correct height, release the cartridges to lock it in position.
Step 5: Fold any track which extends below the bracket inwards and up underneath the bracket for a flush finish.

Range Variants

Our Fast Trak Standard system is available with a range of track lengths for different suspension drops, and bracket widths to allow for suspension of a range of services.

Yes. Fast Trak has been fire-tested to 120 minutes under EN 1363-1 and holds multiple certifications, including UL 2239, TÜV, APAVE, and Lloyd’s Register.

Brackets: From 239 mm to 1539 mm in length

Tracks: From 200 mm to 1500 mm vertical height

Multiple size combinations are available to suit different project layouts.

Yes. Fast Trak is suitable for ceiling suspension and underfloor applications (up to 300 mm track length). Wall mounting is possible, though deflection limits apply.

The bracket system allows for tool-free, click-and-lock adjustment, enabling installation up to six times faster than traditional methods. Pre-cut components also eliminate the need for cutting, grinding, or filing on site.

Yes. It is compatible with standard M8/M10 channel nuts and most 41 mm channel accessories. However, channel covers may not fit due to the four-sided design of the bracket.

Absolutely. Tracks are designed to bend and tuck behind the bracket, and any short excess (<100 mm) can be snapped off by hand. No cutting tools are required.

Yes. Fast Trak’s stackable, four-sided bracket is ideal for multi-tier, modular, and pre-fabricated systems. It allows for quick assembly and reduces space during transport.
