Minnkota Power Cooperative is a not-for-profit electric generation and transmission cooperative headquarted in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Since 1940, they have been committed to delivering safe, reliable, affordable and environmentally-responsible electricity. The company serves nearly 135,000 consumer accounts in a 34,500 square-mile area, including many of the region’s homes, farms, schools and businesses.

The contractor, ‘Floor to Ceiling Carpet One’, was faced with the challenge of hanging cloud panels for office spaces and meetings areas. They were looking for a solution that was both aesthetically pleasing and cost effective. Prior to this job, the contractor had no experience using Gripple products. They found that not only were the products easy to use but also very beneficial when it came to time savings. The Standard Hanger with a 45 degree Eyelet End Fixing was a quicker alternative than the threaded rod with clamps, cutting installation time down by five hours. The highlight of the project was the hanging of the wood feature above the reception area. By using Gripple products the contractor noticed how great the finished look was and how the speed of installation vastly increased.
