On busy construction sites, contractors need suspension systems that keep pace with tight schedules. Traditional threaded rod installs often slow crews down—requiring advanced planning, precise measurements, cutting, rework, and extra labor when conditions inevitably change. On this 26-story condominium project in downtown Minneapolis, Parsons Electric opted to use Gripple’s Fast Trak, a pre-engineered track and bracket system, for running electrical feeders down the corridors. Prior to installing, Gripple had brought in a team for a Lunch & Learn and in-office demo of Fast Trak, the speed and safety of which solidified Parsons’ decision to use the product. Compared to traditional threaded rod, strut, and nut installations, Fast Trak was significantly faster. On site, they were able to install the same racks with a lot fewer parts, a lot less time, and didn’t need tools for any leveling needed. It’s also a more intuitive and user-friendly product. With 14 different pre-cut track and bracket lengths and easy height adjustments with the push of a button, Fast Trak is the quickest way to build a trapeze and is ideal for pre-fab installations, multi-tiered configurations, and drops that are 5 ft or less.

The guys like it because it’s easy; you don’t need a bunch of tools. In today’s construction industry, everything boils down to TIME. Jobs need to be done faster, faster, and faster. And Gripple Fast Trak helped us do that.”
