Distribution Centre, Cheshire

A new Distribution Centre in Cheshire, has benefitted from Gripple’s time saving solutions. Barlows UK Ltd were the electrical contractors on site, who were faced with the challenge of installing ladder for electrical services, in an efficient and cost effective way.

To install the ladder, Barlows used the Trapeze Plus No.3 to suspend and support the ladder. The Trapeze Plus range is easy to install, reducing time spent working at height. With an easy-to-use integral release button allowing for quick adjustments to be made. Once in position the locking screw is tightened for ultimate security. The Trapeze Plus is supplied with galvanised wire rope as standard.

If traditional methods had been used on the installation, Barlows would have needed to connect 3 rods per drop, which is a more costly and time intensive installation method. Which could have put Barlows Electrical behind schedule.

After the successful installation on the Distribution Centre in Cheshire, Barlows have continued to receive the benefits from the Trapeze Plus range by installing it in two other projects: Runcorn Linnets Club House and Oaklands School in Winsford.
