Each kit is built around our proven catenary wire system, engineered to deliver high-speed fibre installation with fewer fixing points and tool-free tensioning. Designed in collaboration with Network Providers and Contractors, the system allows fibre to be securely suspended along building façades or across open spans, reducing installation time and improving safety on-site.

How it Works:

Installing our Fibre Cable Kit is simple. For more information, refer to the Technical Data Pack.

Step 1. Fix the Eyebolt – Drill a hole to the required depth and diameter, avoiding mortar joints where possible. Insert the anchor and tighten the hex nut (not the eye) to the recommended torque.
Step 2. Thread the Wire – Insert the wire into the Lockable Plus, following the direction arrows. Pass the wire through the eyebolt and back through the Lockable Plus, leaving a hand's width of tail wire.
Step 3. Tension and Attach – Use the Torq Tensioning Tool to apply tension (max 100 kg) until the catenary is straight. Then attach the fibre cable using your preferred method.
Step 4. Lock the System – Secure the Lockable Plus using the supplied Allen Key to prevent tampering or adjustment.
