Graduates & Placements

A key part of our business strategy is having great people who are happy, well-trained, and here for the long term. Our Gripple Graduate Scheme is one of the ways we bring that to life, forming an important strand of our recruitment and people development plan.

Future Proofing our Business

Our graduate trainees and undergraduate placement students are a huge part of the next generation of talent. With the right commitment and the right support in place, we hope they’ll go on to become future leaders at Gripple or other businesses in the GLIDE (Growth Led Innovation Driven Company Ltd) group.

The Gripple Graduate Scheme will give you a unique insight into the breadth of our business from strategy to innovation, sales to operations management, people and culture and more.

Since launching in September 2013, the scheme has grown from strength to strength, with many of our graduate alumni now holding senior roles across the business.

Personal & Professional Development

The scheme is designed to give our graduates experience in and knowledge of all key areas of the business through three elements of personal and professional development, all supported and underpinned by the Gripple values and spirit model:
