Gripple Terra-Lock Pins are engineered to anchor turf reinforcement matting, erosion control blankets, geotextiles, and landscaping fabrics with maximum efficiency and strength. The innovative spiral pigtail design promotes soil cohesion and ensures a secure bond between soil and matting, which is important for vegetation growth and long-term ground stability.

Unlike traditional pins or wooden stakes, Terra-Lock Pins install up to 3x faster and deliver up to 9x greater holding strength, all while reducing installer fatigue thanks to their simple drill-in application. Manufactured in the UK and compatible with a wide range of TRMs and HTRMs, they offer a cost-effective, high-performance alternative to generic J/U pins or wooden stake installations.

Range Variants

There are 4 variations of the Terra-Lock Pin, with two different shapes and lengths for various ground types. TLP1 and TLP2 have a length of 200 mm, whilst TLP3 and TLP4 are longer with a length of 300 mm.

How it works:

Installing our Terra-Lock® Pins is easy; simply ensure you have the correct drill attachment.
1. Insert the chuck tool into the drill and secure it.
2. Insert the pin into the chuck tool.
3. Push the end of the pin into the membrane/matting, then drill the pin in until the top of the pin is level with the surface of the ground.
4. Ensure that the head of the pin is visible above the membrane/matting.
